With over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, specializing in the fields of Project Sales & Marketing, Residential Sales / Leasing and Real Estate Franchising, Sean has played a pivotal role in leading some of the most respected real estate advisory companies as well as international property developers.

Sean has provided project sales and marketing services to many renowned companies including TDIC, DAMAC Properties, Mubadala, Al Habtoor Group, Bloom Properties, AZIZI Developers, Al Ain Properties and Seven Tides International.

He has also worked on a multitude of large-scale, mixed use projects alongside brands such as Four Seasons, Versace, St. Regis, Hilton and Banyan Tree. Sean holds an executive MBA from one of the world's most respected business schools and has also completed the Strategic Management and Innovation in Real Estate program from Harvard University.

Richard’s extensive and diversified experience in real estate spans across the globe beginning in the USA where he applied his academic knowledge and acquired a degree in Economics and Real Estate. Over the years, Richard has worked with iconic brands such as Trump, Four Seasons, Anantara, and The Address.

Richard’s move to the UAE allowed him to apply his first-class international experience to the successful sales of major high-end projects & developments in Dubai. In his role as the Head of Strategic Projects at Asteco, Richard devised and implemented successful sales strategies for many of the projects that have defined the landscape of the UAE.

His creative selling methodologies and his hands-on leadership brought about the successful launch of a multitude of large scale projects.

In his role as Associate Director of Sales at Imkan, a leading Real Estate developer based in Abu Dhabi with projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Montenegro, and London, his sales leadership was the driving force behind an impressive volume of off-plan sales .

Richard brings to Devmark a variety of skills, and excels at devising sales strategies designed to maximize leads and drive absorption.

Tariq has been a part of Dubai’s real estate market since its inception contributing to the launch and success of major real estate projects across the UAE and GCC. He has worked with prominent names in the UAE property sector, achieving market leadership through substantial sales volumes. During his carrier at DAMAC Properties Tariq formulated and executed sales strategies contributing to the impressive growth of the company.

As a Director of Sales and CRM at Majid Al Futtaim, Tariq was instrumental in achieving the successful sale and hand over of Al Zahia, Majid Al Futtaim’s first residential freehold project in the UAE.

Tariq’s experience has also extended to the Abu Dhabi market where under his directorship at Bloom Properties, he led the launch of two pioneering residential projects on the island of Saadiyat, achieving record sales.

During his tenure at Oriental Pearls as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Tariq took the project from concept stage to a state of the art residential development with well-conceived designs. In addition to his Finance and Banking degree from the University of Toledo, Ohio in the USA, Tariq has earned professional certifications in Finance (from the UK) and Real Estate (from RERA, Dubai).

Having lived in Dubai since 1990, Miki has witnessed the tremendous growth of the city first-hand. Working within the UAE real estate industry since 2005, he has provided bespoke advisory services to an exclusive list of clients and is currently managing assets with a combined total market value in excess of AED 100 million.

Miki’s passion for real estate is apparent through his professionalism and extensive experience having facilitated a multitude of transactions across both the residential & commercial property sectors with institutional clients, REIT’s and private equity funds.

Prior to real estate, Miki worked in the private banking space with Merrill Lynch – International Wealth Management and was responsible for generating new business via his network of ultra-high net worth individuals and institutional clients.

Miki holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada; and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from London Business School.
